Born in Portugal, finished high school, skipped everything else. From accounting in the 80s to journalism at Nova Gente in the 90s, the path was never linear. In 1994, I discovered the internet via IRC and met Le. In 1996, we moved to Dallas, Texas and launched RogerLe.com.
After decades at Texas Instruments, FedEx, Cisco, and 10 years at the Federal Reserve, we returned to Portugal in 2019. In 2024, we transitioned to a Benimar motorhome. With Jolie (our toy poodle), we manage 54+ domains while crossing borders. The office is wherever we park.
Nascido em Portugal, terminou o liceu, saltou todo o resto. Da contabilidade nos anos 80 ao jornalismo na Nova Gente nos anos 90, o caminho nunca foi linear. Em 1994, descobri a internet via IRC e conheci a Le. Em 1996, mudámo-nos para Dallas e lançámos a RogerLe.com.
Após décadas na Texas Instruments, FedEx, Cisco, e 10 anos na Federal Reserve, regressámos a Portugal em 2019. Em 2024, passámos para uma autocaravana Benimar. Com a Jolie (a nossa caniche), gerimos 54+ domínios enquanto cruzamos fronteiras. O escritório é onde estacionamos.
